<p class="p1">Across the country, condoms are used by police and courts as evidence of prostitution. This policy has had a dangerous chilling effect, causing many sex workers to stop carrying or using condoms. A New York bill would change that, barring the use of condoms as evidence of prostitution in criminal cases.
